You are a foreign detective sent to the island of Trinidad, fresh out of college, ready to do badass stuff like busting drugs and beating up bad guys. except things aren't as they seem. Dead bodies were found with no known cause of death. Your boss and colleagues start treating you strangely, trying to take you away from the case.

Going behind their back leads you to a strange mystical woman called Celeste. She leads you to a village cut off from modern society. Inhabited by the mystical creatures of the island.

Celeste thinks someone out there is after the villagers and the magic inside called Obiah.

She needs your help to find the killer, but you need her help just to find your way around this island, especially around San Fernando. Ah, I don't know who designed those roads.

(San Fernando will not be featured in the game; its a joke)
